In today’s blog I will be reviewing Levain Bakery! Levain Bakery has 9 different locations, I went to the Bethesda one.

So first thing I noticed was the cookies were very big. Regardless of that, I still decided to get one. I noticed it was very big again. I ate some of it but it got too much for me. By the way I go get desserts at least one a week. So if its a lot for me, it will probably be too much for most people.

The taste of the cookie was very good. I got a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip. I just felt it was too sugary tasting for me.

One thing I have to point out which I liked very much is they had free water. They had a little station in the store with lemon water and cups where you could get water. I went back a few times to get water, since I was sitting in front of the store.

My overall rating for Levain Bakery is a 6.5/10. Would I recommend it? Probably not but its the type of place that your experience can be totally different than someone else’s based on how you like your desserts.

What I mean by this is, for example you might prefer really chocolate based cookies but I don’t so you might rate a 9/10 but I might rate it a 6.5/10 like I did.

In today’s blog I will be reviewing the Ice cream cottage. It is in Halethorpe, MD. So let’s get right into it!

First it sells Hershey’s Ice cream. If you don’t know Hershey’s Ice cream is basically a huge ice cream company that sells in a bunch different ice cream stores.

(Tell me if you want me to do a full article about Hershey’s ice cream.)

The problem that I have with ice cream shops selling Hershey’s ice cream is that one; it makes me think they truly just sell ice cream for the money and they are not creative. And by the way they ONLY sell Hershey’s Ice cream so none of their ice cream is actually made by them. So its really not the Ice Cream Cottage’s brand.

One good thing about the Ice cream cottage is it is very cheap. It was about $4.50 thats a very good price. Especially because they’re are some ice cream shops in the DMV that are twice the price.

My overall rating of the Ice cream Cottage is 6/10. It is meh, pretty good ice cream but nothing special or nothing that stands out too much.

Hello everyone. In todays blog I will be talking about Pitango Gelato. The Pitango I went to is located in Bethesda, Maryland.

One reason I would recommend is it is very good for vegans. They have about 20 flavors and about 10 out of the 20 flavors are vegan. So if you are allergic to dairy its the perfect place for you. Even if your not dairy free the gelato is still so good. That you would never guess its dairy free, and that’s what I love about Pitango.

Another reason I would recommend it is it has so many cool flavors, you would not find at many other ice cream shops. For example White grapefruit, rhubarb, Bosc pear and much more.

It also has a great location. It is located in downtown Bethesda. I personally love walking there, it’s a great destnation.
